Tenancy Agreement Fee: £275 | Replacement: £175

Deposit Registration Fee: £50

Early Termination Minimum Fee: £500

Tenant Fees

Replacement Keys: Cost to be confirmed upon identification of lock type

Change of Tenant Fee: equivalent to 1 month's rent

Late Payment Charge: 4% above base rate
